An American woman has given birth to her 18th child.
Michelle Duggar, 42, delivered the girl by Caesarean section yesterday at Mercy Medical Centre in Rogers Arkansas.
The baby, named Jordyn-Grace Makiya Duggar, weighed 7 pounds, 3 ounces and was 20 inches long.
Jim Bob Duggar, the father of the 18 children called Jordyn-Grace "the ultimate Christmas gift from God," and said they'd "love to have more."
The Duggars now have 10 sons and eight daughters. Their oldest child, Joshua, is 20.
"The success in a family is first of, a love for God, and secondly, treating each other like you want to be treated," Jim Bob Duggar said. "Our goal is for each one of our children to be best friends, and everybody working together to serve each other makes that happen."
