Lady Gaga shines at Brit Awards

British pop star Lady Gaga continues her quest for world domination by walking away with three major trophies at the Brit Awards.
The “Poker Face” hit maker was the big winner on Tuesday, winning prizes for all the international categories she was nominated for, reported femalefirst.co.uk.

Her record “The Fame” was named the best international album.

She also collected awards for the best international female solo artist and best international breakthrough.

A teary-eyed GaGa thanked her British fans and provided the audience with a moving performance, dedicating it to fashion designer Alexander McQueen who died last week.

Tour collaborators Lily Allen and Dizzee Rascal took home the best female and male solo artist awards respectively, while Jay-Z collected the prize for best international male solo artist.
