Rumor spread and more and more patients are flocking to Mrs. Chanh’s home.Notably, the woman treats patients nearly for free. She only collects VND1500 ($0.075) for the herbs. Many patients said that she even gave back traveling expenses to poor patients.
Chanh told Dan Tri: “Shaking hands with patients and giving them herbs is just for fun. But these things help them recover from diseases”.

Mr. Nguyen Nhu Vinh, also from Vinh Phuc, told Dan Tri while holding a small boy that the boy was diagnosed with a tumor on his left eye when he was nine months old. The family took the boy to three hospitals in Hanoi. All doctors said that the tumor is malignant and they couldn’t help. After half of a month in a hospital, the boy couldn’t open his eyes.At Chanh’s house, on December 8, a patient named Phung Thi Thuy, 32, from Vinh Phuc province, who has a giant arm, told Dan Tri newspaper about her case.
