India fizzy drink made from cow urine

An Indian nationalist movement has created a fizzy drink made from cow urine.
The Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh's Cow Protection Department has announced that development has almost finished on the beverage, which is called "gau jal", meaning "cow water".
Department head Om Prakash said that the drink is undergoing final laboratory tests and should be on the market by the end of the year.

"Don't worry, it won't smell like urine and will be tasty too," he told The Times.
"Its [ultimate selling point] will be that it's going to be very healthy. It won't be like carbonated drinks and would be devoid of any toxins."

The movement is hoping that the drink will help promote Hindu ideology, which includes revering cows as objects of worship.
Discussing other drink manufacturers, Prakash said: "We're going to give them good competition as our drink is good for mankind. We may also think of exporting it."
