Tourists flock to Dead Sea for its healing black mud

A growing number of medical patients and visitors are flocking to Jordan's Dead Sea for its black mud, which is thought to possess healing properties that can treat skin diseases.



The "black mud" from the bottom of the Dead Sea Lake is very well known for it's healing properties. The Black mud is applied carefully on your wounds. Black mud can do miracles for your skin. Without using creams, cortisone or antibiotics, the Dead Sea combination of mud salt and sun has been particularly successful in treating severe skin complaints.
