“The Condom Claus”
The condom Claus stands outside a restaurant in the Thai capital which was founded by a non-profit organization dedicated to campaigning for birth control and condom usage in preventing the spread of HIV and AIDS in Thailand.
It is not known exactly how the condom Santa plans to find out who's been naughty or nice.
